Meet Dr. Raj M. Singh

I became interested in medicine at a young age living in India. Both my father & my grandfather were physicians. Due to their powerful dedication to medicine, I became involved in healthcare which ultimately led me to pursue medical education.

I moved to the United States in 1973 to pursue additional medical education. I was fortunate enough to be accepted to the Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. I completed post-graduate residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation as well as neurology. This was a tremendous experience in my life and has guided me throughout my career.

Moved to Arizona in 1981 to practice medicine in my specialties. I worked at various hospitals and in my Phoenix office.

Barrow Neurological Institute provided me with an opportunity to become the medical director of the spinal injury unit and Associate Director of the neurological rehabilitation unit.

In 2001, I decided to change my practice to an office-based practice in Scottsdale.

I have been practicing at my current location since 2003 mostly in the field of spine, musculoskeletal, health & wellness.

I am currently affiliated with Barrow Neurological Institute as well as Barrow Brain and Spine and Honor Health Scottsdale.
