EMFACE FDA-Approved For Treatment of TMJ and TMS Announcement – November 17, 2025
EMFACE has now been FDA-approved for the treatment of TMJ disorders. Dr. Singh combines EMFACE with advanced regenerative therapies to provide comprehensive TMJ care. We also offer MVASC prolotherapy to support healing of tissues affected by overuse or trauma.
Dr. Raj Singh is one of the few neurophysiatrists in the country certified in non-invasive brain stimulation (TMS) through the National Academy of Brain Stimulation in Maastricht, Netherlands. This allows us to deliver customized, non-magnetic neuromodulation treatments for conditions such as depression, OCD, PTSD, and neuropathic or neurogenic pain.
These treatments can also be used for general wellness, helping improve daily stress management, focus, productivity, sleep quality, and conditions such as essential tremor.
Update to Operating Name and New Treatment Offerings – January 2024
Since January 2024, our practice has undergone an important transformation. While we remain at the same location, we now operate under our new name: Singh Precision: Optimal Health.
Our mission is to focus on health optimization and wellness, rather than traditional disease management. We utilize the most advanced, FDA-approved technologies to enhance physical fitness and significantly reduce risk factors for disease, injury, and functional impairment.
Our specialty is the effective evaluation and management of spine and musculoskeletal disorders. With improved fitness, health, and lifestyle habits, many of these conditions can be prevented at any age.
All treatments we provide are safe, noninvasive, and nonsurgical. We strongly discourage the use of injections or medications that may cause unnecessary side effects or long-term harm.
Every patient who participates in our programs is personally evaluated by Dr. Singh.

EMSCULPT
Strengthens the core, upper, and lower extremities. Research has shown it can reduce subcutaneous fat, intramuscular fat, and deep visceral inflammatory fat—all while improving strength efficiently and quickly.
EMSELLA
Improves pelvic floor strength and addresses concerns such as stress incontinence, pelvic diaphragm weakness, and pelvic organ prolapse. EMSELLA is effective for both men and women.
Manual Stretch Therapy & Spinal Stabilization
Provided using state-of-the-art equipment and specialized manual techniques to improve mobility, alignment, and function.
Regenerative Therapies
We offer ESWT (extracorporeal shockwave therapy) and EMTT (magnetic transduction therapy) for spine and musculoskeletal conditions. These FDA-approved treatments are highly effective and do not require medication.
MVASC
When appropriate, we utilize MVASC microvascular tissue products—an FDA-approved therapy that enhances blood flow in poorly healing tissues such as tendons, ligaments, and joints.
We are not a pain management practice and do not prescribe pain medications.
