Insurance Disclaimer
This practice has opted out of the medicare program. Therefore, we will not bill medicare for any services provided in this office but we provide fee for service. Secondly, we are no longer a provider in the Cigna network but cash fee for service is available to Cigna patients. We do accept United Healthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and most insurance providers. We are not a pain management practice. Therefore, we do not prescribe opioid drugs. Dr. Singh is not a disability specialist. He will not fill out disability forms of any kind.

Dr. Singh is a hero in my health journey. He is the only provider who has put the pieces of my spine and back and arm pain together and figured out the puzzle.
